Return Policy – Thrivéra Montréal

At Thrivéra, we aim to provide a safe, transparent shopping experience. We offer a 14-day return window with clear guidelines to protect both you and our brand from misunderstandings and misuse.

1) Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including any boxes, pouches, tags, and inserts).
  • Returns outside the 14-day window or without trackable proof of return are not accepted.

2) How to Start a Return

Email thrivera.allyson@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, customers cover return shipping.
  • Use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt.

3) Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Used/worn items or products showing visible signs of wear
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Returns sent without tracking

4) Refunds

Once your return is received and approved after inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval (your bank/processor may take additional time).
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund if we suspect misuse or fraud.

5) Orders Not Delivered

If your order is delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • We cannot process refunds without documented evidence of non-delivery.
  • Carrier delays outside our control are not eligible for compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship or refund.
